Kids camp during the last 2 Sundays was a great experience for me. To see the smiles of every kid who attended, and to hear them cheer you and say "Kuya" It kinda reminds me of my younger years together with my younger brother. To be able to guide these little children toward the Lord was really a lifting experience.
Though this is the 2nd time for me to be a faci, this will be a totally different experience since I will be guiding a group of young men (not sure about young, they could be older for all I know) The point is, being a facilitator for them is a very big responsibility. The way I carry out this task will play an important role in our spiritual quest towards God.
I have long since wished that at least, I could bring a single soul closer to the Lord. If I could do this then I could really say that this will be my greatest achievement.
I have confidence that the Lord will be there for me. though I see dark clouds ahead of me, I will fear nothing for I have with me my umbrella of Faith.....
